Terms
of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. License
These Terms of Service apply to FluidGantt · Timeline Planner, a native application for macOS. By downloading or using FluidGantt, you agree to these terms and any applicable Apple terms. FluidGantt is licensed, not sold, for use on supported Mac devices. Subject to these terms and the applicable App Store Usage Rules, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use FluidGantt for lawful personal or business planning.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, modify, or reverse engineer FluidGantt except where applicable law expressly permits it.
When FluidGantt is distributed through the Mac App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store Usage Rules. If a custom end-user license agreement is provided through the App Store for your country or region, that agreement applies instead of Apple’s Standard EULA.
2. Availability and requirements
FluidGantt is intended for supported versions of macOS and may be distributed only in supported countries or regions. Features, system requirements, purchase options, pricing, and regional availability may change over time.
3. 14-day free trial
FluidGantt may offer eligible users a 14-day free trial of the complete app experience. The trial begins when you choose to start it, does not renew automatically, and does not by itself create a charge.
Trial activation and transaction verification are handled through StoreKit and the App Store. When the trial ends, full editing functionality may pause until you begin an eligible subscription, complete a Lifetime purchase, or restore a qualifying purchase. Your local planner data remains available for viewing or export where the app provides those capabilities.
4. Subscriptions
Monthly and Annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. Unless canceled, a subscription renews according to the period and price shown by the App Store. Apple handles billing, renewal, payment methods, regional taxes, and subscription status.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect according to Apple’s rules and generally does not remove access before the end of the paid billing period.
5. Lifetime purchase
A Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that provides ongoing access to FluidGantt for the Apple Account used to complete the purchase, subject to these terms, continued platform compatibility, and App Store availability.
A Lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. If you switch from a subscription to Lifetime, you are responsible for canceling the subscription through Apple if you no longer want it to renew.
6. Prices, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Prices shown on the website are USD references. The price, currency, tax, trial availability, and terms displayed by your local App Store at the time of a transaction apply.
Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, restores, and refunds are processed by Apple. Refund requests and billing disputes must be made through Apple and are governed by Apple’s applicable policies and law.
7. Your planner content
You are responsible for tasks, notes, links, dates, locations, dependencies, imported or entered information, and other content you use with FluidGantt. You should keep appropriate backups, especially when using a custom data location or editing the data package outside the app.
You are also responsible for reviewing plans, dates, reminders, exported information, and scheduling decisions before relying on them.
8. Calendar content and third-party services
Apple Calendar integration depends on EventKit, your permissions, Calendar accounts, provider availability, and the content available through those accounts. Calendar events, meeting links, locations, attendees, and other third-party content remain subject to the rights and terms of their providers and owners.
FluidGantt does not replace Calendar.app or your Calendar provider. You are responsible for confirming Calendar changes and for using third-party content and links lawfully.
9. Planning and Auto Schedule
FluidGantt is a planning aid. Timeline calculations, dependencies, progress, notifications, and Auto Schedule output may be incomplete, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Auto Schedule provides assistance based on the information in your plan; it does not guarantee that work can be completed, that conflicts are fully resolved, or that a resulting schedule is correct or feasible.
You remain responsible for deadlines, commitments, safety-critical decisions, professional obligations, and the consequences of following or changing a plan.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use FluidGantt to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, interfere with the app or App Store, bypass licensing or entitlement checks, or distribute harmful content.
11. Intellectual property
FluidGantt, its website, software, design, branding, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of FluidGantt or grant rights to its names, marks, or source code beyond the limited license stated above. You retain responsibility for and any rights you have in your own planner content.
12. Updates and changes
FluidGantt may change as features are added, modified, or removed. Updates may change compatibility, behavior, purchase options, or system requirements. A Lifetime purchase does not guarantee every future feature, external service, or indefinitely continued compatibility with future hardware or operating systems.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluidGantt is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every configuration, or able to preserve or produce every plan, Calendar event, notification, dependency, calculation, or schedule without error.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluidGantt and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-data damages arising from use of or inability to use FluidGantt, including missed deadlines, scheduling errors, lost planner content, Calendar changes, or reliance on Auto Schedule output.
Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the minimum amount or remedy permitted by applicable law.
15. Termination
Your license may terminate if you materially violate these terms. On termination, you must stop using FluidGantt. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and responsibility for your content—continue to apply.
16. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to FluidGantt, purchasing, law, or third-party services. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
